Information We Collect
Oli Innovation collects data concerning its Users and their personnel (including employees and service providers), including data regarding their interactions with the Service, such as the content of the requests placed on the Service. We may provide certain information including, but not limited to, Anonymized Data (as well as user IDs) to Google Analytics or other analogous platform in order to receive an analysis of the use of our services. In addition, by analyzing all information we receive, we may compile statistical information across a variety of users (“Statistical Information”). Statistical Information helps understand trends and customer needs so that new products and services can be considered and so existing products and services can be tailored to customer desires. Statistical Information does not indicate individuals’ identities, and we will not link Statistical Information to any Personal Information. We do note that we will store Statistical Information in conjunction with user IDs that we create specifically for these purposes. We may share Statistical Information with our partners, pursuant to commercial terms that we determine in our sole discretion. In addition, we may provide any information to third parties, so long as we have removed any information that identifies any particular individual or user, such as a name, address or contact information.
The categories of Oli Innovation personnel which may access your Personal Information currently include R&D teams, Q&A teams etc, but these categories may change with time.
Please note that we use Artificial Intelligence to process your Personal Information.
How we Protect Information
The security of your Personal Information is our highest priority. We work hard to make sure that your Personal Information will be held securely and that it will not be shared or lost accidentally. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. The security of your data also depends on the security of the devices you use and the way in which you protect your user IDs and passwords.
We will delete any information provided to us by a user upon the receipt of a written request by such user, subject to our rights of retention under applicable law. We cannot restore information once it has been deleted.
